Algonquin Park 3 Day Dog sledding Adventure

"2 people per sled, 6 dogs per team, heated wall tents"


Driving Directions

FROM TORONTO: Distance is 302km or approximately 3 hours driving

Take highway 401 (east or west) to highway 400

Go north on highway 400 towards Barrie

At Barrie, follow signs for highway 11 north to North Bay

Continue on highway 11 north past Huntsville

Continue on highway 11 past the town of Sundridge.

Just before you reach the next town of South River, you will see the Algonquin Motel on your right. Telephone # of Algonquin Motel is (800) 263 - 7537


Next morning, you will need to be at the Chocpaw office by 8:30 a.m. If you have any problems, their telephone number is 705-386-0344. The office is a five minute drive from the motel.

To find Chocpaw, continue into South River and make a right on Ottawa Street. The road will bend a couple of times. You will see Chocpaw before you reach the bridge.
