The Algonquin Log Cabin is a great spot for relaxation and being close to nature. This package is ideal for people who prefer to explore the wilderness on their own or for people who are looking to relax on the dock, in front of the fireplace or in the sauna!
This package is mostly "unguided". The Algonquin Log Cabin offers fantastic canoeing on Surprise Lake as well as a variety of hiking trails. Self-guided maps are available at the Log Cabin. A comprehensive canoe lesson is offered between 2pm and 3pm after lunch on day 1.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- two nights accommodation
- all meals beginning lunch Day 1 ending lunch Day 3
- a comprehensive canoe lesson and use of canoes for 3 days
- voyageur canoe and campfire dinner followed by star watching
- interpretative walk focusing on edible wilds

The cost is: $348 per person from Algonquin Park
The cost does not include: HST (13% sales tax), personal clothing or transportation from Toronto.
Round trip transportation from Toronto is available for $175 per person.
Extra nights are available for $165 per person and include dinner and breakfast.
