Day 1 – Friday Arrive to the Algonquin Cottage Outpost at 12:30pm where lunch awaits. After a hot lunch, we spend the afternoon exploring Kawawaymog Lake on snowshoes. A tasty dinner by the fireplace in your chalet suite and a torchlight skate on the Lake
Day 2 – Saturday
After breakfast, we head out on skis. The trails are incredibly beautiful. For those that are keen for the backcountry, the pine laced shoreline awaits! Another home-cooked dinner and further relaxing finishes our day
Day 3 - Sunday
Depart the Cottage Outpost and head into town for a dogsled trail ride. After an orientation head put on the trail for a 1 hour trail ride. After the trail ride visit the Red Porch Bistro for lunch. After lunch walk out onto Lake Bernard to visit the ice huts or try your hand at ice fishing

The cost is $585 per person plus HST based on a group of 4 people.
The cost includes: 2 nights chalet accommodation (double occupancy), tasty meals from lunch on day 1 to breakfast on day 3, excursions including dog sledding trail ride, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, visit to an ice fishing hut, all equipment, and the services of a wilderness guide.
The cost does not include: personal clothing, lunch on Day 3, ice fishing excursion and HST.
RETURN TRAIN TRANSPORTATION FROM TORONTO Cost is $175 per person for return transportation from Toronto
HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED? WHAT KIND OF SHAPE DO YOU NEED TO BE IN?
None! The "Algonquin Winter Eco Adventure" is for people at any level of experience. Our pace is very relaxed as the trip objective is to have fun. Dogsledding is moderately strenuous. You should be comfortable being active for up to 4 hours at a time (at a walking pace).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY Each participant will be required to sign and return to Voyageur Quest a release of liability before being allowed to participate in any trip we offer. This document releases Voyageur Quest from liability in the case of accident or injury for any reason.
