These include: A Guest Details Information Form to share details such as allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests. A Waiver of Liability, which all guests are required to review and sign before participating in our programs. We provide this waiver here so you can review it in advance. This page is for information purposes only — the official waiver will be sent to you as part of your booking package electronically.
