Every cottage comes with a canoe. Slip out at dawn and explore the quiet bays of Kawawaymog Lake, or follow the shoreline to where the Amable du Fond River winds into Algonquin Park. You're at Access Point #1, the park's northwest gateway, so the backcountry is never more than a paddle away.
Our outfitter base is a short paddle, boat ride or walk away, so a guide, a prepared meal for when you'd rather stay on the dock than stand at the stove, or a helping hand is never far. Paddleboards, kayaks and more can be delivered right to your dock. As much or as little as you like.
Choose from four private cottages on Kawawaymog Lake: two lakefront cottages on the shoreline and two out on the islands, each with its own dock and canoe. In winter, our chalet suites become cozy hideaways for two to four. Rent one on its own, or add guides and meals.

Three cabins along one stretch of shoreline, with docks, decks and a floating sauna. Built for groups of 12+ who love to play in the water, with most days spent lazing at the water's edge and paddling canoes.
Perfect for family fun, the Manitou Cottage is ideal for family or group from 4-8. With an open concept, 3 bedrooms, a massive deck and dock, there is plenty of space to spread out. Unwind on the dock or beach. Swim to the raft.
An upscale cottage on the north tip of Hondoo Island, at the edge of Algonquin Park. Four bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out, perfect for a family vacation or reunion.
A tiny island, with cozy cabin, located in the middle of Kawawaymog Lake. This cottage is perfect for couples looking for a private escape.
Our Cabin and Canoe packages are ideal for spring and fall. 3 night getaways include a 2 bedroom chalet suite or cottage and use of canoe. Each chalet suite has a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, living room and deck. Ideal for 2-4 people.
