Fall colours, Natural Connections and Harvest Feasts

Experience an Algonquin Fall Wellness Retreat surrounded by vibrant fall colours, quiet lakes, guided canoeing, hiking, breathwork, and a floating sauna. Let nature guide your senses. During your stay, immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of fall colours as you paddle quiet waters by day and beneath a star-studded sky at night. Enjoy a guided hike through serene forest trails, designed to deepen your connection to the land and invite moments of reflection and presence. Every element of your experience, from the rhythmic stroke of a paddle to the crunch of leaves underfoot, is part of a mindful journey.

Watercolour Painting Among Algonquin's Fall Colours

The paints are out all weekend. Paper, brushes, everything supplied, set up looking at the water. On Saturday afternoon Jeyda runs a guided session — no instruction to keep up with, no one looking over your shoulder. Most guests have never painted before. That turns out to be the point. You're not making a gallery piece. You're looking at one maple long enough to notice how many colours are actually in it. And if you'd rather spend that hour in the sauna, spend it in the sauna. Nothing here is compulsory.

Floating Sauna, Cool Plunge and Guided Breathwork

Relax in the wood fired floating sauna. Cool down with a plunge. In addition to the guided activities and delicious meals, jump into daily breathwork sessions led by Jeyda Deyna. This 3 day adventure is intended for those seeking a harmonious blend of wellness, nourishment, and the beauty of fall in the heart of nature.

Wellness & Wilderness in Full Colour

Embrace comfort and serenity at the Nipissing Cottage, your private retreat for this rejuvenating fall wellness weekend. Surrounded by panoramic lake views and brilliant autumn colours, this cottage at the edge of Algonquin Park offers the perfect space to reset and reconnect. Designed for those who seek mindful moments in nature without sacrificing comfort, the cottage features six bedrooms, 3 washrooms, solar power, open concept kitchen, dining and living areas, a spacious deck and gazebo, dock, firepit and floating sauna! Whether you're unwinding by the fire or enjoying the stillness of the lake, the Nipissing Cottage sets the stage for a wellness escape rooted in nature and renewal.
