PADDLE, PORTAGE, CAMP: OUR TRIPS IN PICTURES
These Algonquin canoe trip photos come from our guided trips, which start at Access Point #1 on Kawawaymog Lake, on the quiet northwest side of the park. You'll see the moments guests talk about afterwards: glassy lakes at sunrise, portage trails through the pines, tents pitched on backcountry campsites and dinner cooked over the fire. Some photos are from first-time paddlers, others from families and groups of friends. If a picture makes you want to be there, browse our guided Algonquin canoe trips, or our canoe and Log Cabin trips, which pair a few days of paddling with nights at our off-grid Log Cabin. For more pictures and videos, visit our Algonquin Park photo gallery.
Every trip in these pictures is a little different, because the route, the pace and the campsites depend on the group and the weather. Our guides plan each day, carry the group gear and teach paddling and portaging as you go, so you can simply enjoy the lake in front of you. The photos cover spring, summer and fall trips over many seasons.
