
NEW BUS TO ALGONQUIN PARK – NO NEED FOR A CAR!
Looking to get to Algonquin Park without a car? Flixbus is the latest bus company to offer daily service to Algonquin Park’s west side and our Algonquin Park adventures. Starting in June 2026, Flixbus offers cheap bus tickets out of Toronto’s Union Station to the north – most importantly to our local town of South River, where we pick up and transfer to our Algonquin base at Algonquin Park access # 1. Once at our base, we have all your Algonquin Park adventure options, including canoe trip outfitting, lakeside cabins and cottages, all-inclusive lodge options and fully guided canoe trips.
3 x Daily Bus to Algonquin
No need to wait for a weekend to get your bus to Algonquin. There are three ( and soon to be four ) daily buses that leave Toronto and travel to South River. That’s a bus option for you or anyone without a car – to get to Algonquin Park every day – 365 days a year.
Flixbus with fares as low as $39 – leaves Union Station at 9 am daily
Ontario Northland – fares around $60 – leaves Yorkdale at 915am daily
Northern Airport Service – fares around $100 – leaves Pearson Airport at 2p,m daily
And a Train option comes in September
In addition to the three daily buses that serve Algonquin Park’s west side, the Northlander Train resumes service this September, offering a fast, comfortable way to reach it.
