Each fresh Air Challenge is adjusted and tailored to your team. Most races have at least 5 different components including ike paddling Voyageur canoes across the Toronto Harbour, mountain biking down the Don Valley, or zodiac up the Humber!The Fresh Air Challenge objective is for participants to be active and have fun! No experience or special fitness is required.
